Fulfilled, amusing and motivating exercise batches specially designed for kids age 7-14 considering the three major factors Endurance, Strength and Flexibility.  Children do not need to follow regimented exercise program like adults to achieve specific goals. We encourage children to do a variety of activities like stretching, cardio workout, and fitness games. So they can work on all three elements.
