 After having a baby after my pregnancy I wanted to lose post pregnancy weight but I wasn’t getting the motivation that I was looking for. I started looking for a personal trainer. I wanted someone that worked with me particularly in this stage of life, someone that would understand me and my body, and then luckily I found Manojsir. He is the perfect combination of tough and encouraging personal trainer who will not let you give up until you reach your fitness goal.​ I started with 70kg and 32% body fat%. I lost 7 kg in 20 sessions and ended with 63 kg body weight and 27.5% Body fat%. Manojsir exercised me hard, but he makes in a way so I enjoy my work out and see success each and every workout.
