I’m with ZEUS Fitness Point since 1st January 2016. I was under weight before joining the gym. My height is 6 ft. (183cm) & weight was 60kg (BMI -18.3, Muscle mass – 54.5 kg, Fat – 11.3%). It has been raise by 5 kg in previous gym.
It was difficult to gain mass in 3 meals/day. So I increased no. of meal as per the instruction of dietician. In gym trainers gave me right direction to achieve my goal.
After increasing no. of meal & taking good quality food my weight started to increase, but somewhere after adding few grams mass it become steady. Then my body becomes used to with workout & diet plan after 3 or 4 month.
Day after day with passion I was doing right exercises with proper form & right diet so I got one big result. My weight increased 9 kg just in 3 month with all vegetarian diet plans without any supplement….MIRACLE..!!!!
Today after 1 yr. 6 month I got the result what I want. Now my weight is 74 kg with 62.2 kg muscle mass & 14.6% body fat.
Without supplementation it always takes a time but it is only possible with motivation, hard work (workout without bunk + proper diet plan), passion & GOAL. My journey is still going on with ZEUS Fitness Point & now I’m toward my 2nd GOAL.
