My trainer Manoj Kapoor is always positive, dedicated and extremely encouraging and pushes me to achieve the goals we have set. I started with 69kg and fat% was 22%. Now I weigh 62kgs, my body fat is 14.5% and 20 inches overall. I thoroughly enjoy my personal training under his guidance and feel that my goals are always listened, understood and met.
